Personal Gluten Free Consulting and Support
Deliciously simple!
Many people are finding out that they have to cut out gluten from their diet. It can be a very overwhelming experience for most. Frustration and anger may be a few of the many feelings one experiences when faced with changing their way of cooking and eating. After several years of living gluten free, my family and I can attest to the fact that you can accomplish extraordinary meals and snacks and stay on the right gluten free path.
Most of us gluten intolerant individuals do get persuaded to venture into the world of gluten from time to time but the consequences are simply not worth it. Living gluten free does not mean you have to spend a fortune, give up your favorite foods, eat rice only, and suffer with dry and flavorless meals. Absolutely not! It simply means you have to put a little thought and planning into your food intake; which in my opinion should be practiced by everyone. Many foods out there today are marketed for busy people who do not have time to cook or shop. They are quick grabs, processed foods and fast food. Is the cost of your health and quality of life worth the time saved? I have found a way to help you ease into the gluten free lifestyle without it feeling like a burden. My personal consulting and support services provide you with a fun and gentle guidance in the right direction with the tools you need to keep you on track!
My consulting and support services would be beneficial for:
-
Those new to the gluten free lifestyle
-
Parents or grandparents with 'celiac disease/gluten intolerant' children/grandchildren
-
Those recently diagnosed with celiac disease
-
Those that want to give it a try
The consulting and support services provide the following:
-
First meeting is to get to know you with a series of questions geared to find out about your specific lifestyle, cooking preferences, favorite recipes, etc..
-
Second meeting I provide you with a personalized Gluten Free lifestyle book made just for you! This contains basic info on gluten intolerance/celiac disease, short cuts, tips, restaurants to eat at, 25 personal recipes (that are very yummy), ingredients to watch for etc.
-
Third meeting is at a grocery store of your choice. I walk you through the process of reading labels, finding hidden gluten, quick snack grabs, and answer your questions. After the consultation meetings I provide you with a monthly seasonal recipe and on going e-mail support.
I am offering everything I wish I had when I started this gluten free lifestyle. Many people are too busy to do the research and do not have the time for failed recipes or accidental gluten ingestion. This service can help people save time, health mistakes and money in the long run. I hope you consider the possibility of a positive transition process with my help.
